About the Recipe
Another one of Scott Pasmore's favorite recipes, this pizza dip is super easy and quick to make. Every time I set this dish down at a gathering, the kids come running over, ready to dive in! Sometimes I'll cut the garlic knots in half, just to stretch the servings and make them a bit more manageable for the kiddos.
This particular version just uses pepperoni, but you can easily add ANY and ALL of your favorite pizza toppings!

Ingredients
23oz. jar Marinara sauce
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
16-20 pepperoni slices
2 boxes New York Bakery Garlic Knots
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place the garlic knots on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 425 degrees for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from the heat and transfer to a serving dish.
Turn the oven heat up to broil (500 degrees).
Pour the Marinara sauce into a large tart pan or pie dish. Sprinkle the cheese on top and finish with the pepperoni slices.
Broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned. Remove from the oven and allow the cheese to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
